2022 Vin Gris of Pinot Noir, Santa Rita Hills

Our 2022 Vin Gris of Pinot Noir has a light, delicate pink color. On the nose there are notes of neroli, peonies and wild strawberries. The aromas continue with lush notes of ocean mist, white peach, tangerine and guava—ravishing to the nose! Hints of lemon-lime, watermelon and bright saline acidity combine effortlessly to create a palate that is light and playful. A long mineral finish makes this complex rosé a wonderful complement to seafood, light pasta dishes and warm summer nights. Winemaker Samra Morris is enamored with this wine year after year as it reminds her of the Old World wines she grew up drinking during summer trips to the Mediterranean coast from her native Bosnia.
