2021 Pinot Blanc, La Encantada

Our 2021 Pinot Blanc La Encantada has a light gold color in a glass. This wine captured the beauty of the long growing season in Sta. Rita Hills. On the nose pleasing notes of ocean breeze, sea salt and beach rocks is well pronounced, while notes of Jasmine, freshly picked pear and hint of lemon are backbone of this wine. Bright yet well integrated acid is leading the tasting notes, while well blended with the notes of lemon juice and the saline, giving it delicious mouthfeel and ask you to sip more. This wine is simply gorgeous!
