2018 Pinot Noir, Transverse Valley
Ruby red in color, the first swirl of this Pinot Noir delivers vibrant notes of red raspberries, violets and leather. Flavors of red cherries, pomegranate and raspberry pie are complemented with a hint of sweet oak. Fine, earthy tannins are present from the beginning to the finish, capturing the beauty of the Sta Rita Hills terroir in a glass. This medium-bodied Pinot Noir is always delicious by itself but will complement a wide range of dishes from summer salads to pasta dishes and pork roast.
