Richard Sanford, Class of 1965, and Debra Eagle (class of 1986) welcome you to Alma Rosa Winery for an afternoon of wine and friendship in the stunning wine country of north Santa Barbara County.
Our 628-acre estate is nestled up against the Santa Rosa Hills and offer stunning views of the important Sta. Rota Hills winegrowing region.
Richard Sanford was the first to plant Pinot Noir in this area in 1971. Inducted into the Vintner Hall of Fame in 2012, Richard is a true pioneer of the California Wine Industry and will talk about his fascinating journey through the world of wine at 2pm.
